kaykay: I've seen all the zoids series, except for fuzors. the one you're referring to is Zoids: New Century. In the end, the zoids series was dubbed reasonably well. O yea, Inuyasha does sound like Bit (pilot of Liger Zero; the white liger), but I don't really think that his voice totally suits Inuyasha all that well.

Not all english dubs are awful, but rather that people who watch anime on the net is used to watching anime in japanese so eventually they grow found of the original voices, but if you still think that all english dubs are awful, then tried watching Full metal panic, GTO and Macross Plus... and tell me afterwards if you still find all english dubs awful...

English dubbed on anime are totally horrible and scary. It so pathethic that sometimes I lost the appetite to watch it. Should be in Japanese coz the voice actor(seiyuu) are more talented and they read the script with so much emotion!! Love japanese version...its the best!!

The japanese are so much more advanced at role selections that the voices they feature will actually suite the characters personality. The US just ruins the Anime because they can't match the voicing.

LC> well in japan anime is more hyped..and it's a big hit!......probably like all the kids there are into anime...and ppl who create anime there have a better profession and are well known. but over here it's nothing like that..and that's y we don't really search for voice actors....if u listen and watch a lot of anime (eng. style)...u can constantly and usually hear the same voice actors used for many animes. like one voice actor can be like in 20 popular eng. dubb......most ppl never noticed but i always catch it.

Granzon> well i think Bit's voice suits inuyasha wayyyyy better than his zoid character. and in inuyasha he uses a broader range of voice tones which i really like. in zoids he just kept nagging and yelling all the time. at least in inuyasha u hear him actually fight, hear him feel sad and in love, etc... also, i'm not quite sure but u remember that guy that was in love with that main girl in zoids? and he had a sister which was really rich and blah blah blah..very snotty and concieted...anyways her voice sounded like relena's from GW...but i wasn't exactly sure.

Couldn't care less about any english dub voice actor. Prefer the jap voices and the chances of the series BLOWING UP TO SMITHEREENS right in front of the viewers due to it's horrible dubbs is 99% chance of happening. I took 1% off because there was only ONE anime that had BRILLIANT english dubbs (BELIEVE OR NOT).........sometimes even better than the ORIGINAL VOICES THEMSELVES (GASP).............That one anime....... was

How can that be? I mean Cowboy bebop's english dub is way better than all of those animes combine... alright, maybe not all of them combine but still it should be either first or second on the list...

I guess people don't appreciate a good dub <my guess is that people voted on the popularity of the anime rahter than the quality>

i know i was kinda surprised..cuz most ppl are kewl with bebop's eng. dub?~!..hmm.....but if i had to pick i do think that fma's eng. dubb is really god...especially ed's voice....but i think ed is the one who carried that victory over..lol. and u have to admit FLCL's dubb is good....cuz it's sooo wacky!..lol. i dunno i'm just statin wat i read today...which is rare cuz im not a mag. person.

Yeah I get what your saying but you must admit that these people are only basing their votes upon popularity as I said before...

I guess Cowboy bebop story line turn off lots of people because they find it boring, but in fact is pretty darn good story <classic and well put together> As for FMA and FLCL, well great animes too and they sure deserve their place among the best but still their english dubs shouldn't have a chance with Cowboy bebop's dub... Oh well, I guess whichever anime has more fans wins...

well everyone has their own likes and dislikes.

cowboy bebop is a classic without a doubt, but i personally don't like the storyline....lil really develops. take each ep. and it's creative...but take the series as a whole and it isn't THAT fantastic or unique.

but yes u are right....the percentages are based on popularity...i doubt one of the options ppl could pik was naruto, get backers, or tenjho tenge...u know? #'s are always manipulated. it's like saying 90% of anime fans find that FMA is better than evangelian.....well does it state that it was like 190 ppl out of 200 ppl who liked FMA?...manipulated #'s.

eh how can evangelion get pummeled so easily by fma?
anyways since evangelion got mentioned, evangelion i thought was horribly dubbed. there are plenty of animes dubbed in english that arent too bad, i can't name any but im sure there are ^^
but as for me i rather just read the subtitles with japanese voices in the backround. but the problem is that is sometimes the subtitle doesnt last long and then i have to rewind to finish reading. does that happen to other people or am i just a slow reader? Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
