Neon Genesis Evangelion: Angelic Days

I just got the new issue of Newtype USA and there is an insert of Neon Genesis Evangelion: Angelic Days. I read it, the art is pretty lame, but I still would like to read more. Does anyone know if there will be a U.S. release date for this manga, or if there has already been one?

Good question. I myself read Newtype,
and I was kindov wondering the same thing. I think
Newtype's first ever manga installment was Full Metal
Panic, and it is available from ADV manga. Their second
installment was Angel Dust, but I have never seen it
available. Then they started Lagoon Engine Einsatz, which
I was really hoping would be released as a manga, but I'm
starting to think that ADV films( they have some part in the
publication of Newtype USA) has given Newtype exclusive rights
to some titles and so they will only be available in the Newtype
magazine. So Angelic Days may stay in Newtype, or, since it is
part of the Neon Genesis Evangelion series, maybe it will be available outside of Newtype. Sorry this is so long Neutral

Well, I suppose if the Newtype readers like it, they'll publish it in manga format. There's a lot of potential money to be made here.

Of course, IMHO, I didn't like it all that much. I read the scans and expected an alternate-universe where different things happen, but they all ended up as Eva pilots ANYWAY.
