Although vamps are meant to be souless creatures, hmmm, that could explain it!!!~wow, i'm going off topic!

Edit=vamps are undead, so like life after death, do you see the irony in you'r answer? do you?

A person who is not burried in congrogated land (i.e. graveyard) or dies without having been baptised was believed to turn into and undead/vamp. Due to the fact that the person died and is coming back to life, he is a living dead.
Its believed that vamps dont have a reflection because they do not have a soul (tho this could be an influence of fiction such as Dracula books). And yes, they are immortal, but not as long living (becoz there actual dead)~hard to explain.
And before anybody thinks i'm going off topic: vamps are linked to religion in many many ways!~so my answer fits in to the question.

if there is no such thing as life after death why are ppl just dying to get there. Life after death is only made to create hope for those who want to be remebered but ppl live on, not through spiritually but genetically with having kids, isnt that kinda living eternally.
