i like the fried tofu since i never get tired of them. Tofu has the slight natural taste that balances out with the outside crust.  |

Deep fried man tou (Steamed buns) dipped in condense milk is the best!!!

Tofu, no doubt.
Since Tofu has no natural taste it's really up to the chef to make it tasty. It's also ultra healthy. |

| My favourite has to be chow mein but the more nasty variety - the type you'll find more in dirtier types of chinese restaurants or takeaways, tried the fancy variety but it still lacks that old oil flavour you find in these worse restaurants - but what the hell i have weird tastes |

| I had wonton this morning...not so great, maybe it was because I wasn't feeling so well. The chinese food I like the most would be Peking duck! Yummm |
