Do your parents like anime?

My parents definately don't like it and they don't hate it either. So I can watch anime without my parents complain and stuff, but sometime they told me to turn off the TV.

my parents think its just cartoons or whatever, so i dont say anything at all and then they just leave the room.....hahahaha

Ever since I was a kid, well, they are always saying that the Japanese anime are just some silly stuffs that are not good for us. Then, as I grew older, they keep saying that you should watch them, coz you are too old. Well, luckily, even though they constantly try to stop me, I somehow managed to watch more than 2000 hours of anime.

My parents does not know what the diffeence between anime and cartoon is, but I do not need to explain anything to them. They respect me and as long as I am good at school they have no worries. Moreover, for some reason I am the only one in my family who likes anime and manga. They just cannot understand why it is so cool.

My parent are neutral when it come to anime, so I happy with that... but time to time, they just like badly imitate the language and make me feel embarassed in my own room...*sighs*

Hahaha... you reminds me of my past...
There is once i watch Saishuu Heiki Kanajou and was sobbing and my mom make fun of my attitude towards anime. My mom never really into anime and usually says that I never grown up.

However after 2-3 years, she gets along with my Anime Craze and giv up in giving lecture. My dad never say anything about anime. However I must credit 1 particular anime that capture my family heart which so far non of my collections ever did.

I'm into Romance and comedy and all of my collection nvr capture their attention. You name it!! Ai Yori Aoshi, Saikano, KGNE, watever anime you think of...
However that 1 particular anime really capture my family attention and that is... NARUTO!!!
It really surprise me that my father and mom ask for NARUTO the day after and until now O_O

While I'm not particular into Naruto... weird... out of so many anime.... why Naruto??? O_O
