Do your parents like anime?

I can't really seem to tell myself since, my mom probally doesn't mind it if you introduce her to the right story. But she doesn't like the faces, to her they all seem the same from show show. At the very least though she is able to reconize "oriental(that what says to be general I guess)" animated shows againts that of north american cartoons, must the faces.

As for my dad I really don't introduce him into any of my hobbies, if he even catches wind of something new that I'm interested in it turns into 20 questions.

when i watch anime my mom will say bgo to your room and study...

That's why I don't even bother trying to tell or introduce my parents to anime. Animations are all the same to them X__X;

Not realy the only anime they like are FMPF and Hare+Guu.

My parents just dont like me watching stuff on my computer. My dad thinks anime is a waste of time and I should watch the real stuff(as he says that he watches spongebob). I tried explaining some great animes to my mom but her eyes just glazed over.

When i was child my mother was used to say its just cartoons but now she gets angry the time i watch any anime saying its just drown pictures no more no less so why the waste of time .
NOW when she saw Air she always kinda asking me what is this animes story what is that animes story annoying a little but more enjoyable because i want to explain to someone about my feelings toward the anime i saw (she doesnt know about the shounen-ai animes i saw...hehe)

my mom doesnt care that much about animes and i always try to attract her attention towards it and always my ways successfuly did.i didnt thought the mothers are that weak ...hehe....all the weak points are on my hand.

hmmmm....Iunno bout my father but my mother enjoys watching the anime series Trigun and Saiyuki with me! =]

I think that's all she likes, she isnt that big of an anime fan ^^;;;

My parents don't watch anime but my mom gives me warning when my personality turns a bit ugly.

They don't care if I watch anime as long as my personality is not changing.

my parent maybe have a personality same as ultimasome parent .... but how many they scold me,warning me with AK47 ,use backdrop (aghh...my head bleeding), ugh....maybe i must change .... 5~10 years later ...maybe... Smile

My parents know what it is(thx to my aunt) but they still call it cartoons but they dont care as long as i dont watch it for the whole night.
