Well, at least mine does. I remember back when Princess Sarah and Cedi/Heidi were on TV. They'd watch it as if they were watching some drama series.
Well the anime before was different from the exaggerated ones right now, but when I think about it... MY MOM WATCHED ANIME WOOT WOO~
She even cried when Sarah was being maltreated by Ms. Minchin (forgot the spelling)

My mother hates me watching it so badly that she banned me from buying any anime ever again,leaving me with no choice but to download.Somehow she thinks anime is a bad influence and apparently we don't share the same views...-_- |

my parent have two type of liking an anime my mom loves thos love triangle genre woth comedy plus romance while my dad only likes thos anime that is related to sports

| I doubt my parents even know what it is. Though I have caught my dad getting into some of the ones I've watched before. Eh my mom she can't stand really anything that is animated but she deals with it and now she has to deal with it even more xP Her boy friend watches some or did that came on Adult Swim and all that sooooo yeaaah..... |

| My mother watch & get hooked by the comedy of Lupin III & some shoujo anime that been aired on morning but violent & cultish anime its definitely a NO NO for them. |

They kinda use to it...
it is some sort of Icon in japan..
Televisions,billboards, posters, and lots of stuff around hapan are filled of anime...

Well, at first both my mother and father was negative to anime due to the immense amount of time i use to watch it... But then i gave my mother the first volume of death note and she actually came back to me when she finished reading it and asked for more...
So my mother supportes me and even watches some anime ocasionally but my father thinks im childish for watching cartoons and collecting figurines and having posters... |

My parents doesn't like or hate anime. Their opinions and are indifferent and they don't really care. They use to watch cartoons and anime when they were young, but they stopped around the age of 17 or 18 I think.
They soemtimes encourage me to watch anime though!!!!!!! |
