Do your parents like anime?

Well my Dad dosen't. But my Mom likes the action ones Like FMP, DBZ, and Robotech. if it is slow any were in the anime or pointless she wont watch in She is also watching Guyver with us.

Yes, My mom like watching anime with me sometimes...when it's funny..and my dad likes to draw the pretty anime girls..he's an artist..

My dad likes Yugioh! He's the one that actually got me into it... and now, even being a grown a%$ adult, I still play the card game. I'll crush anyone that wants to challenge me in it! haha... but yea my dad is more into Batman, X Men, and other marvel super heros esp. Captain America because he grew up collecting those comic books... I have plans to steal his box of old comic books bc I know he might have some first additions in there. Too bad I destroyed the other two boxes when I was younger... Def had the Wolverine vs Hulk comic. I know that is probably worth alot of money now!!!!!!!!!!

Mother is a former animation artist, that was way back in 1992-1995 as i can still remember, that was a support of toei animation also. they have also drawn cartoons from disney a little and japan animation was part also. mom knew about DBZ, Yaiba, Shadow skill, Ranma 1/2, and other classic animes, but unfortunately she dont really watch anime and she dont bother me watching anime also the only thing she supports is my drawings.

My parents don't like anime at all. Everytime I try to get my mom to watch Naruto or something, she wont and leaves the room while my dad shows absolutely no intrest in anime what so ever.

My mom liked Spirited Away and watched Howl's Moving Castle with me. She dismissed them as "different" and walked away XD

My dad is not a patient person, so it's hard for him to sit through a regular live action movie, let alone an "anime" >__>

Plus, I'm 17 nearing 18, so it's not like they really can stop me. If I'd liked it when I was younger they may have tried to curb the obession...but not now, they know I'd watch it even if they said no now XD

Both my Dad and Mom watch animes. I think i played a part in influencing them, though my Dad watched more than my mom, he prefers those with plots and action. Currently, he's watching Bleach, Naruto Shippuden, Eureka 7, Death Note, Inu Yasha. He had finished the Gundam Seed series, Samurai 7 and all the Hayao Miyazaki's movies so far. My Mom on the other hand prefers Hayao Miyazaki's films. She watched Naruto though.
