hmm Kenshin is very skilled with the sword (lol duh) and Guts from berserk can control and use his huge sword skillfully too so i don't know.

| I also have to say Kenshin is the most skilled. Soujirou may be faster, but when it comes to skill, Kenshin win hands down. |

Well, then my favorite human swordsman is Akira. I like him better than Kyo. His skill is much cooler.
And for swordswoman would be Mikoto from Mai Hime anime. (Even though she's not a woman yet  ) Miroku's swing is awesome!
