I will try that as soon as I get home. SOund slike fun.

I learned that jumping thing early on but still he was ANNOYING the first time. I was so mad because I lost, and I never lose. Confused

There really are few tricks that I use. I just know the timing so well that its second nature to me. What you can do is look for specific frame animations to tell you when to press it. LIke for Dizzy's, its the frame where Undine folds her wrists down right before the Arctic Impaler comes out. I could give you pointers if you tell me who you use.

Main characters I Use:
Dizzy, Sol (i know some), Slayer

Characters Learning or Improviing:
Ky, Johnny, Faust

Okay I can do Dizzy

FRC Moves : Down+HS and Forward+HS (with reload or Isuka), QCF+HS, and Imperial Ray (HCB,Forward+S)

Down+HS timing - Just press it about half a second after the move starts. This window is VERY large so its easy to master.

Recommended combo : D+HS-->FRC-->Forward+HS-->Jump Cancel-->Air combo of your choice, but I usually do S-->P-->S-->Jump Cancel-->S-->Dust

That will start you off. Ill do the rest later

A fun game, both when you're just mashing buttons or actually attempting to put some skill into it. I usually used May and Faust when I was just messing about and Ky whenI was trying to win.

When I had it, (only rented) I tried to play through arcade mode with most of the different characters. in the end, I had to resort to one round matches on easy mode to finish off I-No at the end... I don't normally bitch about video games, but did they have to make her so damn irritating to kill?! I mean sure it's possible to kill her If you use an Insta-kill move, but what about poor Dizzy?! Oh! That and try killing Robo-Ky with Briken for the second time in Story mode!

I myself found story mode to be quite easy. yeah i do find i-no to be hard to kill in dizzy's story mode. Had to cheat and put it on very easy. I hate i-no's boss battle, so annoying with coming out of nowhere hitting me with that stupid move or interferring my combos with mega-whatever. People usually think I'm a newb when I fight her at the arcades. I'm not use to fighting her, but I am used to her Gold mode and everyone's else (except sol and slayer). Stupid high damage and life recovery.

I loved story mode. Unfortunately I had to lower the difficulty for the characters I dont use (still normal though Very Happy

) but all in all I loved it. I really didnt find I-NO too hard. I confess that she did beat me a few times, but after I got me GGX groove back I did it in a flash. But yeah, good stuff.

I found some more decent players today. They still cant beat me, but I will see what they can do after some training....

Whenever I use Sol I win Surprised

but then whenever i use Dizzy, Potemkin and Ky I lose most of the time. I can beat him with Slayer and Eddie if I don't fool around. The only characters I never used against him are Faust, (my true not first time arcade) Johnny, Zappa and Chipp. Don't want to take a risk since I am still trying to learn.

CGY only uses Jam and Sol. Never seen him use other characters.

I usually win most of the time since I resort to Sol lol Surprised

No i don't use the dust loop, i am not cheap and i can't do it lol

The one guy who has beaten me before can only beat me if he is using Johnny. If he uses anyone else I can win easily. Oh unless we both use characters we are still learning, then it goes back and forth. But thats cool you have somebody to fight. Im happy that I do. Smile

I would be happy to give you pointers and combos for pretty much every character (minus Slayer and Potemkin -_-)

yeah like who? I wanna see these characters. anyways i will meet you after school somewhere so we can embark on our journey to the west. once we arrive to our location, we shall trade our money for quarters and see who is the better person lol.
