hah! you had nintendo? I had the original Famicom! Oh, those were the times. It took me about.... 10 hours of straight play to finish it.

Battle Tank! That was a good game (take note, I had the original Famicom, so I had some japanese games)

That is so old that I have no memory of it.

I still do. It had good graphics for it's time.

Oh, and the original DK, and another one where baby DK had to climb vines and collect fruits to save his father from the vil clutches of... Mario!

I never played any Mario games. I was deprived as a child.

The first game I played was Super Mario Bros on my nintendo. I was five at the time. I also remember when TMNT games were decent. Star Tropics played well, and I liked how you had to do some work outside of the game, very little work mind you, but it was the first time I had to use an outside source to finish a game.

has anyone seen that clip of a guy who finishes super mario in less than 10 mins i fink, he did everything with perfect timing and he uses the underground tunnel cheat lolz, used to always use that way.

as for a classic game, pacman is my favourite.

Okay, how come nobody has mentioned Duck Hunt? My gosh! So much fun with that game. Damn dog needed to get beat down every time he laughed at me!!! Oh, and while we're at classics, let's go with Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Tecmo Super Bowl (before Madden even thought about video games...), Mega Man 2 (my favorite out of the series), The Legend of Zelda and Track and Field (complete with floor pad).

Funny that Firetears mentioned Gunstar Heroes... I love that game and I look foward to its rerelease on the DS (yet ANOTHER reason why you should pick a DS up).

Oh, and I forgot to mention the ORIGINAL Final Fantasy. That game was damn near impossible to beat. =)
