yeah i like battlefield 2 too first-person shooting game relies on ur reaction , brain plus luck and some teamwork most of all common sense

unlike rpg :is plotted right from the start of the making of that game

fighting game: need reaction plus fast finger, quick brain, need some tactic (luring him),luck ?

simluation: not much i can say i will be simply activitate the cheat code
racing :argh 1 rnd 2 rnd 3 rnd when will it end...unless like GT4 addition simluation mode
online : gosh new patch is up no more hack Twisted Evil

I love space combat simulations. Sadly, after the release of Tachyon: The Fringe and Freespace 2 the genre seems to have died. Why isn't there a new SCS out there? I bet the fans of the genre would buy just about anything at this point. Besides, the technology now is good enough to feature battles at a never-seen-before scale and with amazing graphics. *sigh*

As an alternative, I like FPS and RPG's.

With cheap broadband and Xbox Live, online kinda encompasses all the other genres now. Every genre becomes infinitely better when you play with 435309583095 other anonymous people - after all, that's why Halo 2 and WoW are so frikin popular.

About 60% of my entire game collection consists of RPGs, and about 25% are fighting games, the other 15% consists of everything else.
Oh and now that I think about it, all 100% of my console games originated in Japan. I wonder why the other game companies can't sell their games to me... It's a mystery... It's like it never occurs to me that those "other" games are available for me to spend my money on.
But PC games are different, PC is for RTS, FPS, and online games which Japan doesn't seem to do too well on.
