I just saw the trailer. I haven't been this excited about anime in a long while
What I knew of the series are the following. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong
The story is based on a novel. The sequal to Senkai II was published I'd say around a year after the TV series ended back three years ago. Its title (roughly translated) was "Family Dinner" and published only in japanese. There's been fans who expressed their wishes for all the novels to be translated but as far as I know there hasn't been any attempts.
Now the story goes on. ... yay. |

Trailer? What Trailer? Is Lafiel again the main character?
Ok, seen it now. Hm, a bit short. But our crew is back, hooray for blue-haired space elves. |

Since my knowledge of japanese language is pretty near zero & japanese commercials are quirky, I wasn't sure if it was a series, movie or game. But I was some interested.
I was half excpecting a promo torrent. I had forgotten about it til now.
Good work ANBU & thanks |

So its only one OVA? It is kind of funny the plot of BoS 3 contrdicts the ending of BoS2. Guess that what happens when you deverge a bit from a book but still try to follow the sequels? =p
Not sure this a spoiler for anyone. The last scene of BoS2, Jinto and Lafiel are on Martine that already surrender(again) to the empire . Here Martine has yet to Surrender.

If you're asking about Seikai no Monsho, I haven't seen that.
But I didn't regret watching Seikai no Senki 1&2. 1 is about the Abh campaign against United Mankind, so basically it's about space action/strategy/politics. 2 is about how Lafiel needs to "govern" a planet in a newly conquered system. The problem here is that the planet is a prison planet with men/women/wardens living in different districts. There's also a threat of a possible counterattack of United Mankind... this one focusses more on surface world politics rather than grand strategy. |

| Seikaki no Monshou is way better than Seikai no Senki.. and I would love to see the original books translated... but.. you know.. there's tons of sci-fi and fantasy books in english so I think it probably won't happen.. |
