By far family guy the simpsons is more punch line humor but the family guy series has all those hillarious flash backs and cut scenes lol..

Both of them are incredibly funny but I have to go the Simpsons since it has been around far longer and I just got used to it. Family Guy is great too but the jokes sometimes are just too crude. The thread should have put South Park as well since in term of genius then its jokes are the best.

sign Has anyone seen last weeks episode of simpsons? Although I love the simpsons they're losing their touch and are trying to use other comedy styles to make it more "appealing." However it's failing and the writers should have stuck with their own ideas - Daum those Harvard writers.

Family Guy is also slightly losing their touch, but that episode with brian and the banana... Priceless Laughing

Simpsons is good... but they're old and their humour is very... PG rated most of the time.

Now family guy on the other hand... they have stupid american comedy. *thumbs up*. I got assimilated to such culture/society there... gooooo family guy!!

glad to see that family guy is winning cause simpsons has yet to make me laugh where family guy cracks me up. my brother bought all three seasons last year and i love them.

i voted for familly guy..because..well..is there anything that really can compete with peter's familly..and all the random and nowhere thing that can happen in one episode ? O_o..
but i do love the simpson's as well..but..kindof less...bart kinda piss me off a bit now..but..homer pwns as always ^^

i personally love the simpons but why i pick family guy is becuz it is soo hilarious the character are soo unqiue. i personally love da baby hee..he.. weird me

family guy has newer and fresher material, simpsons sometiems feels like a rerun, and sometimes takes to much time to portray a moral value, which i dont give a shit about

Family guy is awesome, but the familiarity of the simpsons hit me more. Its been around for so long, that you can't help but love it. A classic and better overall.

even though i was raised with the simpsons, I would have to say that family guy is better. Just due to the fact that the simpsons have done almost everything, and that they appeal to a somewhat younger audience. Where as Family guy appeals to a more young adult crowd
