I guess this is different from who you think would win a fight, so it is an original topic. Mugen from SC would be interesting in a tournament. His final fight is astonishing.

hmmmm ok these are my fighters:

battle between actual humans : Heero Yuy

battle between enormous strength type characters: Vegeta

semi regular powers: either Hiei or takayanagi. or maybe even Ban or van.

samurai battle: sasuke or kenshin

All I have to say is Aizen Sousuke from Bleach. Anyone who has ever seen his sword drawn is permanently under his hypnosis. there is no way to break it, even those who know that they are hypnotized are powerless to get out of it. he could be talking to you from 50 feet away, next thing you know youve been slashed about a thousand times

We can choose any character fictional character, right? Then I choose the robotic god from Angel Sanctuary, the YHWH. Kaori Yuki based him on the real God, but it looks very much like a robot. There's no way it can lose.

However, if we can't choose gods, then I guess I'll go with the pre-Crisis Superman.
