Haha, by far Ichigo 100% girls are the CUTEST. The main girls that like manaka are all cute and have great personalities. Nishino, Tojou, and Kitaooji. They look alot cuter in teh manga then in the anime though...

if its ANIME girls.... then by far the cutest chara i've seen is Coppola Ana from Ichigo Mashimaro

i would've gone with Toujou Aya from Ichigo 100% but the animation sucked and the characters weren't as good as the manga.... so thats why Ana-chan is my cutest anime character

I'm too old for childish anime so there isn't much cute character that I really like, except Misuzu from AIR TV. With the "Gao" thing... hehe... really cute!!
I prefer tough woman like Natsuki in Mai-HiMe and Yoruichi in Bleach Very Happy
