yakitate: the guy who learnt Azuma to bake...?! Spoilers

Hello, guys I'd like to open this discussion on the yakitate and especially about the guys who learnt Azuma to bake?

I thought it's really troublesome Cuz this guy we all (for the yakitate readers) saw in the first chapter of the first volume looks exactly like the Saint Pierre owner.
Furthermore, I do not know if you notice it but the name of the store this man owned (near Azuma first house) was so-called "St Pierre"!!!!
I read somewhere that theses guys are twins or somethiing like that.
I guess I can't believe it because during the final battle against the american team in monaco, Azuma faced once with the Saint Pierre owner. And if this theory's right, why doesn't he remind of him at this moment?

And now guys (and girls of course you're involve in this discussion),
I'ld like to know if someone's got few crusty ionformatioons about it ?

I haven't get to the part when they have the match with American team yet. However, I think that St.Pierre's owner really look like the guy who teach Azuma about bread. But sometimes Azuma can be quite silly, so he might just forget how that guy look like. However, if that dude is the evil twin, that it gonna be an interesting twist to the story Confused

Nah I think they are the same person no evil twin or anything cuz that seems kind of stupid. And Azuma did say in the beginning that he don't remember what that guy looked like... at least I think he said that he don't remember what he looks like. And another reson why the st pierre guy whats to crush Azuma might be because he forgot his dream about Japan or failed or something and that he thinks Azuma is naive and wants to teach hima lesson.

the person who inspired azuma and the current owner of st pierre are very different people, if only personality-wise. Im sure the author has done this for a good reason Smile

just have to wait til it is revealed to us, and we can all go "ohhhhhh so thats it"

it could be the same person whi know right since azuma already forgeten the face of the person who teach him how to bake... it could be that the st.perrier owner that teach him how to bake right? Wink

Let's see towards the end . But I'm pretty sure it's not miscalculate from the autor. There must be something great behind all this. But he should have remember? So It could be that there's nothing at alll???!!!!! Arggh, what a brain hasches

Azuma doesn't go against st. peirre's owner. He goes against i mime who copies st. peirre's owner's technique almost exactly.

I gotta admit that they are lookalikes but I can't believe that he has changed so much over the years, so I do think he must be another person.

And not to mention how come he can change 180 degrees if they are the same person..
Hmm.. maybe they are the same person and the story will goes like, he reveal his identity after taking a loss from azuma ..

I think their both different. I'm pretty sure Azuma would remember who inspired him and I think in the anime that guy looked differnt anyways.

I totally agry to kaitune, i have this feel that the St.Pierre's owner and the one that teach azume to bake bread is the same person. Maybe there something happen to him.Oh well lets just see what happen next.
