"daht is naught a tooma!"
The world has been a better and safer place since the advent of the Hollywood Action Hero (esp of the 80's). They protect us from aliens, communists (and other left wing pinko dipshits), terrorists, criminals and our ownselves! They teach us valuable lessons like 'shoot first and ask questions later' and that 'guns never run out of bullets' ('ammunition' is a scam invented by greedy arms companies & manufacturers).

We look up to them as bastions of moral conduct, we idolise them, we want to be like them. But who amongst the great pantheon of Action Heroes reigns supreme, as King of all Action Heroes?

Send your suggestions so i can make a poll.
Will it be Mr Politically Incorrect aka Arnie? Sylvester? old reliable Clint Eastwood? Bruce Willis? Bruce Lee? Charles Bronsen? One of the many Bonds? Seagal? Mel Gibson? Chuck Norris?
or maybe you like it old school: John Wayne, Newman, Steve McQueen

Who will it be? (P.S none of those pansies who ponce around today Spiderman et al)

favorite is Ron Jeremy Wink

but all of the action heros are exactly the same, the only thing thats different about them is their looks, I personally would not like to see action movies to go away but the characters are a bit overplayed, good, bad, its all the same.

Where are all the action movie buffs?
Im disapointed that action movies have been overlooked by the so called academia and cultural elites.
Doesnt anybody treasure good ole Reagan era movie making?

Jean Claude Van Damme was my favourite only because because the women in his movies were always hot, the kickboxer was my favourite out of all of his movies though.

i think the movie was called "no retreat, no surrender" , always used to watch it when i little.

I guess Bruce Lee was before your time.
He's so good at martial arts and is comedic in his own way. Not as funny as Jackie Chan though, since Jackie intentionally makes his movies funny.

Does Jean Reno count?? If it does, then he owns. Come on, The Proffesional, Wasabi, and Ronin?? You can't beat taht.
But other than that Bruce Lee, I don't think anyone could beat him.

okay, maybe i havent made myself clear, im talkin bout ACTION HEROES: the guys who star in ACTION MOVIES not half baked semi quasi wannabes. Dont get me wrong, i like Jean Reno but he just doesnt cut it in this category. The Professional was too serious/quiet/whatever and only bloody towards the end. Ronin was too thrillerish, plus, it was about a team of mercenaries. It would be okay if the team died off one by one leaving a lone super action hero ala Predator but thats not what happened (unfortunately). Before you consider an actor, make sure that he's 110% GUNG HO! and 200% testosterone

Okay thanks for Van Dam, i forgot about him: he's pretty forgettable, even for an action hero.
