I think you can change username if you e-mail Blizzard about your account and send in your cd-key

Not really.. Could be a way for your parents to spend time with you the way you find enjoyable. I'm pretty sure kids don't want to spend time with their parents if its something boring.

The parents had a good tactic going on and limited the kids playing time.
They're going to take complete control of that kids life and they'll be paying for most of his stuff probably.
