hmmmm, but the thing that bothers me most is the idea of enduring pain to inflict pain upon someone else. Like, would you take a punch in order to punch them back? The mental psychology of it is just so weird. _________________ PM some funny pick-up lines please > |

Well... It does seem kind of pointless to the game, but I think when you're really bored, you're willing to endure some pain. Then again if you're big and know you're going to win, then you might as well play just for the heck of it when you're bored. |

Also it's good stress relief, as you can kinda get back at whoever it is you're playing with, particularly if they've been annoying you recently. _________________ streakhc.deviantart.com - I draw stuff there...

Unfortunately, in this situation, they can turn down the game and not play at all, then you won't be able to hit anything.
Any type of sparring is a stress reliever just like that game.
You get to take out your anger on your opponent as long as you keep the brutality limited. |

I love to push my limits so I love sparring. Sadly my usual sparring partners are in a different country right now |

How do you spar with someone thats not virtually infront of you? It's like you're not fighting at all. |

Have any of you tried to spar against someone thats almost twice your size? (Not literally)
When I was still in karate (about 4 years ago) I faced a guy that was about two times bigger than me and he whooped me. The tournament wasn't based on age, but it was based on belt colour - Not a fair fight indeed... |

Running is a very good idea when you can see the sitaution getting too dangerous. But in case you have to fight a big guy remember what Swayze said Take out his knees. And of course no guy big or small is immune to my special move the patent pending FLAMING CROTCH KICK lol |

Thats not sparring, thats a brawl if you're jumping someone.
If we count jumping someone then i'm sparred against hundreds of men. |
