*2 cents*
Sparring is good if not done in anger.
I will spar for fun, but never to hurt someone. |

I would spar to hurt someone... Just not severely...
Sparring is a good way to build you fighting skills thats why in Karate or any other martial arts they encourage it for experience. |

Stop spamming!
------
Anyway, I want to spar against someone. A good clean fight - Haven't had one of those since Gr.7
My recent fights involved so many weapons, it wasn't even funny.
In a clean fight I can easily floor someone. |
maybe he doesnt know the meaning of spar.. spar mean fighting
1ce, i join karate b4.. but my sansei dont do any sparing practice... they onli do it sometimes.. that why i quit... because most people doesnt want to spar at here.. what can i say |

NOT SPARRING!? What kind of Dojo did you go to? We had mini tournaments at our place. I wasn't allowed to fight against my own coloured belts because I was like a prodigy and advantaged too quickly. Unfortunately, you aren't allowed to skip belt colours so I had to advance stripe by stripe.
When I was Orange-Stripe, I was facing Green belts and Blue Stripe. Geez, their techniques were so much more advantages than mine.
Ranking System for Karate Belts for those who don't know:
White
Yellow-Stripe
Yellow
Orange-Stripe
Orange
Green-Stripe
Green
Blue-Stripe
Blue
Brown - 1st degree
Brown - 2nd degree
Brown - 3rd degree
Brown - 4th degree
Black - 1st degree (License)
Black - 2nd degree (License)
Black - 3rd degree (License)
Black - 4th degree (License)
Black - 5th degree (License)
Red (License)
Red - White Stripe (License)
Red - Black Stripe (License)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
When it says, *(License)* it means it's not available for public learners.
If you get a black belt or higher, you attain a legal certificate proclaiming that you're a black belt. It will be a token on your legal record.
There is 1 more level higher then Red - Black Stripe, but it's nearly impossible to get because only world masters are able to attain it.
Karate alone isn't able to license one of those. You need to be skilled in ALL arts of martial arts.
------------------------------------------------------------------
If one of you EVER say you're higher than Black, i'll automatically know its a bluff. |

The tournament I went to doesn't have faults. You hit hard, then you hit hard. The crappy part was the points system - that was gay. |

| Fighting is like poker.. if you have a strong hand, you can go on all, but if you're weak you can call a bluff and the opponent could back off. |

Why? Fighting is totally legal. Death is the illegal part.
I wish I were in paraguay. Dueling is legal as long as both parties are registered blood donors. |

Me and some guy got some beef - having a huge 1 on 1 brawl against him on friday. Clean fight, No knives, no weapons.
I'm completely confident i'll floor him due to our size differences and my experiences. |

yeah... I go to one
If I had my choice, I would fight someone with my exact limits, someone just as tough, strong, and smart as me; after that, it is all a gut check. Plus, before you get completely exhausted, it is so fun that I usually am grinning my head off as we go at it. |
