Well, I just watch the news from BBC, and one of them is about the suicide websites in Japan. Well, kind of weird, that is, people go there, chat with other people who are thinking or planning to suicide. Those sites are quite popular now, and it is a growing concern of the society, since, more and more criminals are using them as a tool to commit, well, all sort of crime (some people like to chat in these sites, and plan a mass suicide together, so the criminals can use this as a way to get to other people). Since suicide is legal in Japan, and so are these sites...

Kind of sad and weird...

Sounds eeriely similar to the movie Jisatsu Sakuru (Suicide Circle). Perhaps suicide will become the next fad. That is just too weird.

You can look at the world in many different ways dance2die. Just like you ask "Why Not?" I ask "Why do it?" Suicide is just a sign of ultimate weakness to me. I know there are millions of reasons for people to commit suicide but it still shows weakness to me. You think life may be cursed and a bad place to live but have you even thought of what comes after death. I believe in heaven and hell but I'm not certain. There could be eternal darkness after life. No life to live at all. There could be a hell for people who commit suicide. And trust me, life can never get so bad to where you'll prefer to burn for eternity! Even life after death can be a scary thought. Committing suicide is like opening a door in a alleyway, you never know what's inside.

What's so sweet about death and life after death that makes people want to kill themselves.

*sigh*...life and death, the true beauty of nature...to me, death is a new beginning to life, so it's all good to me. but there are times when i dont fear death and wanting to rid myself of this pityful world.

Suicide is plain stupid. People thought that their life is ruined sometimes over trivial matters which, in the end, decided to commit suicide. Stress of classes, pressure from parents, financial problem, peer pressure, heart break: This list is the most told reasons why most people commit suicide.

I can tell frankly that I have all of the problems stated above right now, plus one work pressure since I'm currently working. What's the exit?? Suicide?? If people start to feel that every problem can be solved with suicide, then how about the famished people who even till now, survived over a grain of rice?? They can just commit suicide and then die with problem washed away but they do not do it. I respect those kind of people more than the people around with enough monet that takes their life as though it has given burden to them.

im pretty sure everyone has gone/will go through the suicide thing at some point, most people turn away, because they realize its not worth it, but some actually went through with it.

Ive thought about it, but not actually doing it. I have always felt that its a chicken thing to do, and a waste. Maybe because of things when I was smaller, but ive always felt its wrong.

i think everyone has thought about suicide. and no i don't mean that u planned it or anything like that..i mean that everyone has thought about this subject. i thought about it but i would NEVER go through with suicide. in my opinion, it's a way for ppl who are too cowardly to face reality....so wat do they do? they take the easy way out by taking their own lives. but perhaps i envy them due to the fact that they "freed" themselves. but i would never kill myself, i think it's stupid....just because i feel stress or can't handle social pressures or anything that is difficult doesn't mean i'm going to cheat and plan my own death. and i believe that the news and those websites hype up suicide too. a person w/ low self esteem may see a kid who commited suicide on the news...and c everyone mourning over his death. well wat mess. is that sending to that low self esteem kid? it can be saying " wow, look @ every1 who recently ignored him until his death. u can get attention that way too..then they'll c how they took u for granted."

Well to me I've been taught to not and never commit suicide because it's against my own personal being and it's against my Religion. Religion teach's us that suicide isn't necessary but other ways are found to heal and reach out to those who want to take their own life.

To take your own life is to take your soul. You lose it, and you can never regain it. It's just plain wrong, even though you want to you just can't seem to make up your mind.

after exams i usually feel like commiting suicide but its only passing thought since i say to myself suicide is an easy way out to life's problems. im pretty sure you just get that feeling every now and then but after a while you just get over it and life goes on.

The thought about taking sucide have crossed my mind but I never planed nor tried to take my own life. I don't know how it's in other countrys but i think from some research show that most young people think about taking their own life at least once and verry few ever try it.

here's some random facts for all of u about suicide.

in the U.S. 13 ppl for every 100,000 commit suicide every year.

more males commit suicide than females, however more females attempt it.

many suicides are classified as something else or reported differently because of several factors: families, prestige, and/or status.

y do ppl commit suicide or attempt it? simple...mostly cuz of stress, conflict, and frustration.

common stressors/causes of suicide:

1.loss of important friend or family member
2.serious conflicts with fam.
3.trouble at work or school.
4.substance abuse
5.depresssion

-#1 cuase of death of teenagers--accidents. #2 cause--suicide.

-media over hypes teen suicides ...usually a few suicides accur after a story is reported on the news.
