Naruto- the worlds most popular manga?

Naruto is a popular manga but it is no where near most popular. if you think about... Naruto started to get boring somewhere after Gaara's rampage thing ended. it true that i is still popluar now but what do you think will happen after a couple of years passed after the series had ended ? it would just become another forgotten memory just like Dragonball Z during it times of glory and fame. no manga can be the world's most popular since another manga will takes it place sooner of later. as of now, i would say Bleach is probably the most popluar now and One Piece - since it already up to chapter 395... started at 1999 and still on going after 6 years or so with movie 6 or 7 coming out.

I don't think so, about last year or something it was the most popular ninja anime/manga. But until this summer Basilisk take that place, Naruto is great with lots of comedy and actions but it's not the best manga. There's still need something to improve.

3x3 Eyes 40 Volumes - 3 eyed legendary girl, shoot forgot, immortal guardian

Detective Conan 50 Volumes - teenage detective turns into a kid and solves mysteries using his gf'sfather

Doraemon 45 Volumes - who cant love the adorable blue fiend

Glass Mask 42 Volumes - a girl who loves acting so much she becomes a huge star through tough times

Hajime no Ippo 74 Volumes - best boxing manga ever

Inuyasha 42 Volumes - demon dog becomes a pet of a teenage girl and goes off to stop the onigumo something

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 80 Volumes - heard of stands yes, kinda like a ghost that uses powers

Karakuri Circus 40 Volumes - think its tough happy fighter takes in a kid and his guardian awww fighting=love and he happens to have a disease that if he doesnt make people laugh he dies

Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kouenmae Hashutsujo 135 Volumes - comedy read like 2 chaps of scans makes no sense, but people love it

Kotaro Makaritoru 59 Volumes *havent read so no idea

Major 49 Volumes - baseball I believe a nice find

Rokudenashi Blues 42 Volumes - oh I love fighting and I like this

Shizukanaru Don 65 Volumes *havent read, but read that its about a son of a yakuza who works for an womens underwear company and when his father dies he becomes the new yakaza boss

Tough 42 Volumes- baseball cannot be beat

All of these are excellent if not some of the best manga out there
Everyone who even likes manga a bit should try and find out an series that has such long lasting appeal.

Dragon Ball (42 volumes) was really popular at its time. Nowadays it's hard to find second hand material from this manga in Japan Cool

As expected...how can such lame shit be the best rite?? Well i may have say it's the best when i just started reading and watching it...they go through test and stuff really interest mi...but after the test it all kinda sux...

I don't think that Naruto is the worlds most popular manga, though I will admit it is popular. The thing with manga is that there are so many it is very difficult to say for sure what is the most popular, and even then there are so many genres it is even harder to label..i.e. humor, fighting, cooking... I think that Naruto was pretty popular, though the story line has been drawn out and has lost some of its faithful fans.

p.s. ( I still read it every now and then just to see what is happening)

I don't think Naruto is the most popular. More people know Ranma 1/2, pokemon, things that have been around longer. More people know it=more popular. If they hate or like it, it still adds up. I've seen people ask "what's Naruto" but they all know pokemon...even if most hate it. And yes lots of people hate Naruto. I don't know many people that like it. 1 in 10 people I know like it but that just maybe me.

It probably has been read by a lot of people but I dont think it's the most popular. Probably the popular ones are the ones that have high volumes.

but is it worth of seeing i must say yes juast that the story is kinda too long( i don't like long story )

I'd have to say GTO. It was so god they made an anime, then a show with real people, and I think even a movie. It's a big famous manga/anime.
