Lots of little stories, it's easily readable again wherever you take the story, and it's a really cute manga.

Manga read repeatedly? Love Hina. I've read that entire series through half a dozen times by now and I STILL haven't gotten bored by it. Next one after that is probably Ai Yori Aoshi followed by Rave Master. Then are a bunch of others but...well, you get the idea.
