All I have to say is "wtf is up with this hilbilly love crap?" Do not slap any girl, plz! Anyways, back to those who have more than 5 teeth.... I think 1ce has some good ideas but I'd recommend getting to know her through friends, to where you kinda talk, before you do the whole "make eye contact, smile, and wave" kinda thing. That way she's not like "who is this freak who keeps waving to me?"

Ok, one of the key things are SHOULD do and usually gets you closer together. When you're already friends, walk her home. She'll feel safe when shes around you and thinks of you as her guardian. Thats bonus points for trust. In a relationship, trust is the key. $$

After a few walks home make sure tyr to hold her hand. BUT!! Make sure your hand isn't all sweaty...I did that once and I was thinking, "Awwwwwww, of all the stupid things..."

Don't try anything risky - You wouldn't want your fort that you built with her to crash.

Make sure to call her if she gives you her number. Call her a once or twice a week. Then stop.. she'll start missing your voice, and call her again after a month or so.. and tell her "I miss talking to you... Heh..."
You should expect something like "Awww... thats sweet"
