my chemical romance blows

i really hate my chemical romance...theyre like the latest in this whole emo trend and their music al sounds the same. i even downloaded their newest cd to see if it was any good and an hour into it i forgot i was listening to it! it just droned from one song to the next and i couldnt even tell...that's just sad.

hahaha!! Yeah, I hate MCR too. My friends and I agree that emo = wussy rock (replace that "w" with a "p" to enfasize).

My Chemical Romance isn't all that great, IMHO, but Seigi, you shouldn't brand all emo that way. I've found some remote emo bands out there that I've really taken a liking to, and I've got a couple of CD's for The Used.

Well I just deem them that way because that's really how I see it as. As far as emo, The Used was good, their first album was alright, but their lstest one was...I'll just say lame.

Rather than making a thread on a band that you cannot stand, how about making a thread on a band you actually like? It seems more constructive...

As for me, I like My Chemical Romance. Their first CD was great and I enjoy a lot of the songs off their second CD. They are no System of a Down (my favorite band by the way), but I listen to them from time to time and I'll watch them in concert. They're pretty damn fun live.

MCR are not too bad, they sound alright, i only like their first song "Im Not Okay".

singing about how much their life sucks-plus I don't
go for hard metal music that often. I don't think their
music is that original. But I love the cover to their
cd, "three cheers for sweet revenge" though-it's awsome Surprised
