Watching it right now. It's amusing at times but I find it really really annoying. It takes away a lot from the show and I almost don't want to finish the episode...Buuuut I don't think too much will happen so I'll wait it out.

lol, i was really tempted to dl it this morn. I think im gonna wait for ANBU to come out. Bakasan is alrite 2 but sometimes he got lazy its really poor. I just stick with anbu now.

Just saw ep 77 and I must say. Old guy needs to die NOW!. The whole "die old man!, No I love this village to much", repeat for 10 eps is really getting old. But on a brighter note

man, i think the show needs to pick up the pace ... there is simply too much flashback and useless crap going on, espically that i find garra's flashbacks boring as hell (and want to punch him in the eye to darken it more). it has already turned into a dragon ball z deal where someone takes 3 epsiodes just to powerup and shake the ground... starting to get real sick of this

Oh, I clearly remember from the manga that Gaara's flashbacks had the character with most ridiculous motivation in Naruto (and that's quite a feat! Razz

), it was the young woman that was taking care of him. After what happened (Gaara's "that incident", yeah, the one that most characters in fighting animes have and is supposed to fully explain their behavior and give them purpose and direction in life) I was like "oh, god, that is such total BS".
Boy, am I in ranting mood today ^_^
Oh, yeah, also the manga was the same with the hokage fight, like "rid the poor old geezer of his damn misery". But no worries, guys, it's gonna drag to the end of the story arc! Very Happy

I found the story of Garaas past to be pretty interesting. It's probably the most interesting thing that happened since the Rock Lee + Garaa fight.

yes I agree, Garra's past was a big explanation on his behavior. I like how the character development is going on with the series.. but CMON already end the damn hokage FIGHT!!!

I saw Live-Evil's version of ep77 and it definitely made made my day Smile

(that bit of the Hokage fight that's in it makes me feel for you guys, must be a pain to actually follow it... and from the looks of it that's barely in the middle of the whole thing; did they already do the hokage flashbacks?)

Btw the way the person who was taking care of Gaara was a guy?? I always thought it was a woman when I read the manga.
I just love the logic there though: "Yeah, I know I've been taking care of you all this time and that you're really a poor tormented child but... actually I've hated you all along, die, little bastard!" Laughing
