everyone has their weakness n naruto weakness is gen jutsu n itachi's specialty is gen jutsu therefore isnt it obvious whos gonna win?

Itachi can also see through clones so Naruto's cloning trick won't work on him. Which cancels out half of Naruto's moves since he only has the clone trick and Rasengan.

Then I go for Itachi since Naruto had a hard time beating a 20% or 30% Chakra Clone of Itachi.

Well, it's obvious that Itachi will lose to Sasuke eventually and not Naruto. It's also obvious that Itachi is CURRENTLY stronger than Naruto. As more time passes, though, Naruto's chances for victory increase greatly b/c he improves very quickly. While it's not 100% certain, we can all agree that Naruto will probably become the Hokage someday and if he does then he'll probably be stronger than Sasuke so then it'll be Naruto > Sasuke > Itachi. Unless somehow everyone in Konoha dies leaving only Naruto and thus, he's the strongest ninja in Konoha, aka the Hokage, we can assume that he'll become stronger than everyone else in the show.

it is just a really really believable theory ^^
don't believe it! >_<

and yea even if naruto gets better itachi wins! no matter what!
the way those 2 fight itachi has too much advantage

Itachi is just too strong. His hand to hand combat is crazy as well.
He can even hit targets with katana's with his eyes closed.
