Kawaii manga characters

You all know what I'm talking about... those characters that have something they do or say that just makes you smile and go "Aaaaawwwwwwww!!!!!", maybe even with your hands on your cheeks (stereotypical, yes, but some people have to do that if there is a stereotype).
Just give me the character name and mangathe character is in, plus what about the character makes them embody "kawaii"-ness. Remember, the characters can be guys, too, if you really think they are like that.
For example, I think that the following fit this image:
Shinobu, Love Hina;
That little boy, Midori no Hibi;
Aoi-chan, Aoi Yori Aoshi;
Chii, Chobits.
That's all I can think of for now; you get the idea.

Wait, Motoko? from Love Hina? How do you figure? Sure, she was a lot funnier once she started writing romance novels, but at no point does she emit that long-searched-for aura of kawaii-ness. Seriously, I wish you would explain it to me.
