Well, I like Kaoru and Hikaru the best, coz Hikaru supposed to be my Jpanese name, and Kaoru, well, just like it!

Itachi is a cool japanese name.
Kai is also a cool name - not sure of its origins.

shimizu ryu, shi means clear, mizu is water, ryu means cool (in temp)

I'll have to say Yuki is my favorite, though that might be because everyime I hear that name I imagine a Rei Aanami clone in my head. You know Yuki-onna.

I'm wondering, do all of you serious think of a name you want to have, or do you just use the name of the anime character you like? I mean, for those who choose "Naruto" or "Itachi", do you know what it's Japanese meaning? If you do, I doubt if you really want to use it...
