i think it is licence so it would be very hard to get it for free.

I don't know where you could download it, but I'm certain some bookstores have it. I bought a few volumes from there. You might be able to order it online.
Oh, and I was told it seemed to follow an idea similar to sailor moon and the sailor scouts. Just a thought.
