Shin Angyo Onshi Synopsis and Reviews on Anime-Source

Not sure if this topic goes under here since it was already released, but i highly recommend this to all anime fans. Animation is the highlight here since its really incredible. The fighting (esp. the sword) scenes are the best. Next to it, the scenery of the landscape and settings are just as good as any other documentary/Lord of the Rings (hahah j/k) but seriously, the animation is just that good =)

for those who doesn't know about this movie, it's actually base on the korean manga. This movie covers just 2 story from the manga, about Munsu meeting Shun Hyan, and their adventure on the (living of the dead island) <--- you'll know what i mean if u read the manga.
The ending isn't really an ending since the story doesn't stops there, and there are some story scenes in the manga which they cut off from the movie in btw, but despite that, for those who have read or haven't read the manga, i'm sure u won't be dissapointed with this movie.

I hope they make this into a series

GOOD movie!!! some songs by BOA
animation is very good!! they have artsy backgrounds with some pretty good CG

there could be a 2nd movie.. or series.. i wish there will be =D

I'm surprised not as many people are talking about this movie. Granted, it had been released a while ago.

Just curious though. You mentioned BOA had done a few of the songs. Would you happen to know which song is playing at 0:25:03 of the movie? I've gotten it stuck in my head and have become quite attached to it within the last week or so.

(BTW- I think the movie was more of a promotional thing to make people read the manga. It worked on me, and now I'm waiting for people to translate volume ten or so)

hmm apparently the voice cast for the main character (Munsu) - is going to be the voice cast for Sven in Black Cat which should already be out in Japan (2nd August). Other series he worked in was DEARS BOYS -Isao and Hajime no Ippo - Tatsuya

Sando's voice cast... though not really important since she hardly speaks Sad

is Kobayashi Sanae. She's quite popular, her other works were Elfen Lied (Nyu/Lucy), Hikaru no Go!!! (Akira), Ichigo 100 (Satsuki), Mai-Hime (Akira), Sosei no Aquarion (Li Hua), Tsubasa Chronicle (Xing Huo), Hajime no Ippo (Kumi), Divergence Eve, Madlax, Sokyu no Fafner.

the movie was good... But I didn't likke the part when they just showed them walking through the forest while the BOA song was out... Some scenes were well done and some scenes look as if they got lazy...

But anywho, where can i find the manga?

yah the music was done by Boa for sure and by the Korean Music company SM Town famous korean music company uncle owns it Smile

yes it was to promote ppl to watch the manga turns out it worked
yah i enjoy the music got all of Boa's music Smile

the animation is amazing 9/10
the music 10/10
the story never let me down 9.5/10

go check it out really good manga by koreans not japanese

U can directly download the manga from there. At least up to chapter 10. they also have some other good manga's up on the site too. If your into Eternal Sabbath and stuff.

i find that main chr very weak... even his summon skeltons soldier(dunoe wad is called) can lose to the female chr who is the main chr partner i wonder why and the main chr was like unable to protect this man who gave him water.

just finished watching this movie and it was awesome. i really hope they make a series out of cause the moive left me wanting to know more about what happened before the point in the story the movie is at and after.
