Does anyone know where to get this one, RG VEDA ?

Not to download! but I don't recommend you bother anyway. It's the first chapter of the story and that's it! It's extremely frustrating to watch, knowing there's no more.
I recommend you read the manga instead, as it's just been released in the English language and is so much better anyway.
You could always look for a video or DVD of it, as it sells very cheaply anyway (I can buy a brand new US DVD for £4.80 in the UK, which is about $7.90) or an old video would probably cost $1 or $2.
