What is your favorite short anime of all times?

Fooley Cooley was a confusingly short anime, but nonetheless great to watch several time.

What's considered as short? 26 is pretty average... so short must be around 12-13 eps, right? In that case, Full Metal Panic - FUMOFFU! is definitely up there...

One of my personal favorites is the Tenchi Muyo OVA.

Hellsing and Elfen Lied are up there too.
