Favorite episodes across animes...hmm...
Episode 24 of My-Hime. So sad and touching... that episode was the best in the series.
I can't remember the ep. number, but My Funny Valentine of Cowboy Bebop. And Cowboy Funk, and Bohemian Rhapsody, too.
Number 15 of Samurai Champloo.
Mugen x (female ninja + prostitute disguise)= priceless

My absolute favorite episode at this time is when Rock Lee mistaken his medicine for sake and got into a fight where he had drunk the liquor and became a drunken master.

just because i cant remember anything else, itll have to be an episode of samurai champloo which i dont remember the #, or what they were talking about, i just remember it was deep =P might have been the one onizuka mentioned

Hmmmmmm, i couldnt pick an outright favourite...but here are a few of my select favourites

Kenshin - the fight between kenshin and saitou in the middle of the kyoto arc. Saitou was guaging kenshin's fighting ability. Kenshin in battousai mode pulled of some pretty crazy moves, and looked the cooler than he ever did during any point of the anime.

Fruits Basket - where momiji(sp?) was telling tohru bout hattori's past relationship with his ex-gf. Man, that was super touching *chokes*

Naruto - has some awesome fights. But one that comes to mind was when rock lee was fighting gaara during the chuunin exams. It was cool wathcing lee's awesome speed, and i got some major kicks when he took of his weights and went turbo.

Well thats all i cna thinkg bout atm...ther are definintley plenty more tho.

i like most of the anime shows that i watched so .......... i think i like them all. i cant tell which is my favorite since they all nice

Definately the first episode of initial D, stage one. Takumi was just too cool. All of the charecters were very well developed by the end of the episode and the music just underscored the scenes really well. It gives great foreshadowing of everything that's going to happen, but not in a way that's too obvious. For some reason it makes me think this might be what would have happened if F. Scott Fitzgerald ever made an anime about autoracing, there's a weird thought. Also, the great CG I thought really put it over the top.

A good second would be Hikaru no go's episode where Hikaru finally wins his way into the pros. It was really dramatic how all of the charecters' emotions are on display like that.

HEY HEY u guys~! i see that u posted a lot while i was away. i just would like to remind everyone that i would only like u stating ur fav. episode..and that means ONE only! i know it's hard....but i really don't wanna recieve a list of some of ur top choices...this is suppose to be a difficult ques. so when u post u have to just pick one..and please don't post things like "i can't decide!"....it's kind of pointless..thank u.

I wouldn't say that it is my favorite but it's high on my list:
Gundam SEED episode 30, where Athrun and Kira finally get serious fighting against each other and Athrun uses his SEED for the first time. They really beat the living hell out of each other in the Strike and Aegis.

It is not my favorite because Kira survives the encounter and it would have been more shocking if he died... but the main Gundam character cannot die in the middle of the series. (Don't get me wrong, I like Kira a lot, but I wonder how different things would have been had he died)
