Rasengan Vs Chidori

If I were to consider the battle as a competition between one blow to each partner, I'd say chidori would win. THough Chidori may be able to kill with one blow, It's not a move that one can carelessly use. Both Kakashi and Sueske (sp) have a limit use with chidori, only a few strikes. Naruto, on the other hand, has unlimited use of the resengan as long as his chakra holds out. (Not to mention his endless supply from the Nine Tails). The Resengan has power, different uses and the fatigue to the user are much less.

I vote Resengan.

It is quite impresive that people are still discussing which one is stronger (Rasengan or Chidori. But i guess that everybody like to give their opinion and we are all lazy to read some facts from old post. hehe

depends i maen rasengan seems to be stronger,but chidori looks awesome. chidori is like a hand with lightning, while rasengan takes long and is acutally like a ball of energy or w/e so idk i'd say rasengan is better if your quick enough

chidori requires seals to do it;need more time than rasengan but the damage is kind high.Anyway,I think rasengan is better.

i like rasengan, because it faster to charge up, chirodi take longer time to charge and it have limit use each day and rasengan is a higher rank jutsu then chirodi

lol haven't u guys see in the manga? the result is pretty obvious..chidori punched a whole in the water tank while rasengan explode the whole back part of it >.< well...?

but Chidori has better sound and visual effects.. the name is cool to say as well lol..

plus we've seen rasengan being used over and over.. where as chidori is rather rarely seen ..

i apologize for not reading the previous 18 pages but i thought id just put in my opinion.

id say since the idea behind the chidori is that you use emmense speed it has the advantage as long as the user is faster than his opponent, but if its a straight up match id say rasengan because it has more uses and although the chidori uses more power the complex rotation would damage its opponent more. though id say poor fools to try matching them.
