I don't know if anyone else has mentioned the Fullmetal Alchemist and Ys games. So, here they are.

jump stars for the DS has a ***t load of anime characters, but unfortunately it looks a little bad since it has pokemon like graphics. it's also in jap.

hrm.. theres ALOT actually.. it just depends on what type of game you mean i guess

lets see, there was a my-hime one, but that was a dating sim.. or so i've heard

theres i think 3 FMA titles now, 2 in english, one in jap..?
theres a ton of gundam out there, theres super robot wars.. which covers basically all the mecha out there

there's a gungrave game out there somewhere, friend has it
there's a bleach game coming out, there's a bunch of naruto games, there's also games that are made into anime.. for example.. RO, FF, Star Ocean.. (i think it was 2), Xenosaga.. etcetc

The budokai games keep on improving. Get the forth title; you'll have one of the best true 3d fighters ever to be released.

For style alone, the harvest moon game for ps2 may be the most addictive thing you have ever played if you are into that type of game. Also Dark Cloud 2 has the best cell-shaded graphics (which all the good looking anime games use) and is the closest action rpg that the ps2 has to the Zelda series. You may find the fighting system to be weak, but the boss battles are great and the character development is way above anything that Zelda has deployed.

The Hack/Sign. series is also a popular one for PS2, even though I didn't enjoy it that much. It's somewhat repetitive...

I've read the reviews on most of them and the only good decent ones are a few from the Gundam Wing series and Dragon Ball Budokai 2.

a good game i just bought for like 15 dollars would be the yu yu hakusho dark tournament and the 3rd budikai game. soul caliber is also an awesome game.
