He's a bad ass clown... and everyone knows clowns are so freaking scary.
Not only that... he even poisoned a river and killed thousands of people. Who does that?

how come no one ever vote for kuja; villian from ff9 he is the suit one to be called cool. his smile of confidence and overwhelming power... yaay!! for kuja!!!

Maybe because Kuja is not cool compare to Sephiroth or Seifer or Seymour because he more look like gay with bad ambition. You can see the way he dress and acted (=~.~=0). He was not totally cool, he someone with girl look like and gay behavior. Anyway that my opinion only. |

| Hmm... I'm going out on a limb here and say the Turks from FF7. The way they dress and arm themselves screams "We mean business". Seriously though if its pure coolness it's sephiroth but freakiness and spook factor no one beats kefka. |

That's funny you say that. I was thinking 'Kuja was cool' but thats cause at first I thought he was a chick O_o I remember thinking,'Wow, she's hot' then 'did they say he? in that outfit?! ....wow, he's pretty...' i know, im twisted. XD |
