This manga is done by Peach-Pit, the creator of DearS, so you'd expect lot of characters that look similar to those in DearS, and the style is about the same. Well, the story is about Shinigami, zombies, and those people who are going to die that having a grey circle things on their necks.
Anyway, this is the description from Animenewsnetwork.
When a human is marked to die, a faint gray line that is invisible to most appears around their neck. As time passes, that ring becomes darker and darker, until it is eventually black, and that person dies. Kita Michiru has an unusual gift, she posses "Shinigami eyes," which allow her to see these rings. When Michiru notices that two of the boys in her Class, Akatsuki Chika and Tachibana Shito not only have rings, but that they're jet black, they reveal to her that the were supposed to die in a tragic accident six months ago. With the help of the Zombie Loan loan office, they were given a second chance at life, should they be able to pay for their debt by doing the work of Shinigami and killing malicious zombies. They petition Michiru to assist them in their efforts, and she finds her everyday life changing dramatically.
I've finished up to volume 4 already, and I just love it! Wonder if there is other fan other than me... |

I'm sorry. I try to find them in English, but all I can find are Chinese sites... But the story is really interesting though. You get to see jokes that's similar to those in DearS... |

Looks like an interesting manga. I just picked it up.It is currently being scanlated in English by Mobots. Their website is http://mobots.cjb.net/
Chapter 13 has just been released.

The Mobots website has a link to Fading Memories, which has the manga available for online reading in a photobucket account. It's crude, but it works. It's only up to chapter 10 there because 11-13 were released just last week.
You can get those new chapters via IRC or bittorrent from the Mobots website.

EDIT: Fading Memories is already updated to 13, bringing this manga up to date with the English scanlations out at the moment.
