Detailed or not, and regardless of your drawing style, there is one thing that makes a good art, which is a nice line work.
I have to say the lines in this one isnt very well done becuase its not smooth and is unasured. Of course there are always exceptions, so I am just assuming that you didn't do the line art to make it look rough on purpose.

I would suggest you study some more of this type of art and see how you can improve.

On the design and clothing, I an not a big fan or expert of the Jap Kimono.
I will leave that to others.

also the kimono is bad..its not like that
there's no belt at ur drawing but its very good though
