Hi i need help with my account.

I have posted previously about my account not being able to access some mangas on this site. I do meet requirements for up to lvl 3 however I cannot view the mangas (I just want to read Yakitate Japan). Perhaps I am missing some information about other requirements to access lvl 2 content. However I have told one of the site admins that I have not been able to access the mangas for over few months yet this person neglects the points i have made and tells me site updates points in a week. I would just like a sincere reply as to why I am having these problems. Not some post like "we update every week so check back in a week". As I have said before i tried to access it for over a few months now therefore I have been very patient.

Did you login the manga server? Many people forget to login the manga server after the forum server.

If you did, can you access other public or level 2 manga? Some Internet Explorer users have problem viewing pages from the manga, try to use other internet browser like Mozilla Firefox or Opera.

You currently have 12 points on the manga server. You just need to log on the manga server and it will work.

Thanks for your replys. I have logged onto your manga server but I cant access it... Perhaps it is my internet browser.

What kind of error was displayed on screen? Try and capture a screenshot and post it here so we can analyse the problem.

i just got firefox and it works now... It just didnt allow me to access the manga for some odd reason
