Finally watched the last episode. This anime is really very good indeed. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind all the science and mathematics speak. Actually I'd recommend it to anyone, because you can still enjoy the anime without understanding all the background. Also the artwork is great and so different to everything else out there. It may not be some people's cup of tea though as, at times, the animation can get a little... weird...

I am slightly disappointed with the ending. I'm not saying it was bad or anything, it's just that, at halfway through the series Noein was my favourite anime of all time, hands down. After that, its a bit hard to keep up that kind of excellence and it seemed to peter out a little towards the end. Like I say, it wasn't a bad ending, it just wasn't up to what had come before.

I thought the ending was pretty spectacular... what I dun like is that the during the middle of the series it gets pretty draggy...

Do any of you know about the alternate ending of Noein? Or where to get it....

I'm not saying the ending wasn't good. I just thought the whole section in Shangri-la lacked something. I'm not sure I could tell you what (without sitting down and poring over the series, something I can't be bothered to do right now).

Guess what, Noein got ranked 8th amongst the best anime... woot!
