hello guys
i have a bad problem..i'm always very lazy and tired..always feel tired always feel weak always feel sleepy i'm sick of it.
i'm very sure the reason of my problem is
1-i don't eat healthy food
2- i don't play sports at all
3- too much tv or pc
about food and drink i only eat meat and potatoes and only and i mean it only drink water or 7-up
i have a normal Build i'm not fat nor slim when i was young i was very energetic and active i used to play sports a lot but when i turned 18 i got a car and it ruined my life i become very very lazy becouse of it
i'm 21 now and i really want to change back to how healthy i used to be..
what shall i do..? any advice?don't tell me to stop using car case i can't
i'll want to see your advice and i'll also go to ask a doctor for health advice _________________ don't mention'em case they lack loyalty..winds of youth and thire promises are the same..they break your heart then leave you sad..and thire hearts from loyalty are empty

Being tired and sleepy could be because of a lack of iron, this means your body can't build enough hemoglobin (iron is the central part of that). Hemoglobin is the stuff that transports oxygen from your lungs to the other parts of the body. You need to eat more vegetables, they are the main source of iron foodwise.
Of course it could be hundreds of other things. You should check your local doctor and have your blood analyzed. |

| I think that you've answered your own question. You don't eat right and you spend too much time sitting down either on the computer or watching television. You should exercise a bit, even if it's a walk around the block. You should get all the exercise you can get. Eat some vegetables and fruits as well because it's never good to have too much meat in the diet. There has to be a balance. |

btw do you smoke (i do and i'm the same way as u)
and do you work? (if not get some physical jobs like a foreman)
if not in those category then GET SOME EXERCISE, go walk around outdoors at least 15-30 mins  |

off topic: I LOVE LU BU. I LOVE THE THREE KINGDOMS SAGA. we should chat about it sometime...
on topic: well if you feel that bad, try getting some exercise. it does not have to be strenuous, just take a walk or something until you get some of your energy back. also, take vitamins, like centrium or something. eat more vegetables. (they taste really good as long as they are covered in a dressing or its a ceasar...) and just dont do ONE of those things do ALL of them. if you still dont have more energy after doing these things for at least a month, then you should see a doctor. _________________ Miku Miku!!

Eat at least cup of vegetable everyday,eat cooked liver and exercise at least 4 times a week(an hour)..First you will be lazy when exercising and eating vegetable,just stay on your limit on exercising(4 times a week) to avoid having thought of giving up and you will make it a habit.Have FUN
Examples of good exercises :
* Riding a bicycle around town
* Playing basketball with your friends
* Jogging around town
* Or even working out in a gym |

YUCK!!! Liver's nasty... don't eat that, find some substitute...
kukreisis' recipe is pretty much on target here. eat healthier and do more execcise. Exercise will be hard at the beginning, so o slow at first and do more after a while. That should do it.
I probably should do the same thing too. I'm way too lazy. _________________

first off, why the hell do u eat only meat and potatoes?!?!
try some green vegetables like broccoli or lettuce or eat a salad once in a while
secondly, get some exercise
go outside, walk, bike, play basketball,hockey,golf, anything to get you outside
thirdly, i watch tv about 2 hours a day on weekdays and about 2 hours on computer, try to cut down on stuff such as television because just sitting in one spot makes you lazy _________________ Mortified: To cause or to experience shame, humiliation, or wounded pride.

Does that not implying at how much you have lazed around?? And wow, meat and potatoes?? That is a good diet except something is missing. Just put in some vegetables and some not-so-sweet fruits like apples.
If you got a damn lot of time, just walk around the neighbourhood or do a jogging at least 4 times a week for half an hour or more if you got the time and I bet that your energy will be back in no time. _________________
