lol just kidding. It depends. How old are you? I was a pretty small kid. When I entered high school i was the shortest kid in my class but when I finished I was average height (average-tall by ecuadorian standards).
A lot depends on your own metabolism and your genes. If your parents or grandparents are tall, chances are that you will be. But eating well and doing exercices that stretch you muscles (basketball, volleyball) should do the trick and give you a boost. Going out in a bike is good too. _________________

Its easy to stay healthy! You just do what you like, eat what you like & get enough sleeps. I don't know about you, but it works for me! But make sure you strecth, jump or run a bit. It helps you to feel more energetic. |

Drink more water
And cut down on sugar/coffee/tea/any drugs.

basically what pyrorecca is absolutelty right but building muscle is a double edged sword, if you stop, it will just turn to fat and you will start back at square 1.
Drink water onli if possible.
build muscle or walk around alot (walk to your nearby grocery store instead of driving to the local supermarket).
try staying out of the house and go out to somewhere recreational. |

anywayyou should eat more vegetable
well if you don't want it then eat more fruits
it is still better than not eating
for the lazyness you should figure what you like to do and maybe make a schedule about what to do maybe that will help |

Change your habits then.
Cut back on TV/PC first, it should save you time and reduce laziness. Then start eating healthing, but don't push the diet because it doesn't help. Have a balance and make sure its one that works for you. Finally, get out and do some exercise or walks. Remember to stretch if you're doing any activity. Running would be the best way to get into shape.

Martial arts isn't a good way to get fit because it pushes you to limits that you might not be capable of. Sometimes it depends on how tough your sensei's are though.
---Pushups don't get you fit, but only get you a little stronger. Its not going to change your laziness or fit condition.
---Situps only helps a bit and it hurts your back and neck if you don't do them properly. Not the best choice to get back into shape with.

I suggest you might want to join the YMCA or a gym to get fit, the laziness can't be helped by anyone else but yourself. |

Run everyday for about 15-30 min. Mornings are usually best. Eat large meals in breakfast. Don't eat lunch: eat small snacks throughout the day (emphasis on SMALL). Dinner should be 1/4 the size of your breakfast. Why? You burn the fat of the BF througjhout day; if yuo eat LARGE dinner, small BF, etc., You wont burn anything off. Overall running is my best choice; or if you don't wanna get dark (i hate getting dark) just skip in the shade somewhere. Its about as good as running. _________________

hmmm...lets see.
1. start by incorporating more vegies and fruit into ur diet, as well as lean meats.
2. it doesnt matter if its sport or not, just get up, go for a walk, do some exercise, because this will slowly but surely raise ur blood pressure. and reduce ur chances of stroke or other heart conditions.
3. set urself a time table, like how many hours of tv or pc per day.
4. rewards. reward urself with like an hour of tv or computer time after u do like 30 minutes or exercise. get out tehre and walk around the park, or go for a jog.
5. walk to the reli close places and take the train to everywhere else. its better than wasting fuel and it helps teh environment
6. this problem may be a result of low self esteem. get together with friends that arent on the computer, go to pubs, go to parties, spend lots of time together and ull boost up ur self esteem, and this in turn will reduce ur laziness.
7. join a gym or get a personal trainer. by going to the gym, u not only increase ur physical abilities, but also there are people there that are just like u. they will understand u and will try to help u. let them.
8. get a job. it may not be the best idea, but its gets u out and about and away fromt hte tv and com. u also get paid and that means u can buy or spend it on things that make u happy.

laziness is a bad habit. u should do more excercising..
like walking, jogging..
