Yeah, Tate and Sergey both got a thing for younger girls... and incestuous relationships, though they weren't blood related family.

| sergey isn't a bad character. aside from the fact that he can live thru the most ridiuclous situations. At least he does stuff, unlike some other characters that just sit around and complain |

ok here they are...as in depth as I could get....SPOILERS FOR THE FINAL EPISODES!! Read at your own risk!
1> The fighting starts. Haruka vs. Chie. Miss Maria, Yukariko, Irina meet up with Shizuru Natsuki uses the Fumi's power4 and materialize her Robe and shoots Nagi’s tower. Natsuki’s Robe disappears because it overloaded
2> Nagi’s tower fires and Arika saves everyone.
3> Nagi uses Rena’s power and turns off all of the Robes, INCLUDING his allies, what an idiot!!! Arika, who looses her robe, falls out of the sky and Chie catches her, but Tomoe tries to kill her for being a traitor
4> Midori comes and saves everyone from Tomoe.
5> Arika reactivates her robe by hugging Mashiro....GAY! She attacks the tower and Tomoe and destroys her robe....she falls from the sky and oh suprise.. NO ONE catches her LOL
6> Arika finally gets to meet her mom even though she has to destroy the capsule she resides in. Afterwards, her Robe has changed blue and she has Renas robe... super kewl!
7> The Harmonium re-activates. the Columns activate their Robes and try to hold off the killer NINA tornado.
8> Miyu activates the HiME star which allows everyone to use their Robes. It takes ALL OF THEM to hold Nina back.
9> Arika fights Nina and they are in space. Nina can’t stop Arika, and Arika convinces her that they can start over. They link hands, but then the Harmonium starts reacting because keeping Sergay alive has caused it to reach its limits. It turns Nina into the Dark meistar!! THE CHARACTER SEEN IN THE OP SONG. Arika saves her after defeating her but their robes are disintigrating!
10> Nagi is arrested and Natsuki destroys the Harmonium.
11> Mashiro gets her castle with the sunflower on top. and is in a wheelchair LOL
12> In a house in the woods, Sergay wakes up w/o his memory, with Nina watching over him. Nina says that they’ll slowly start over, the two of them. Nina has replaced the picture in her locket with one of herself, Arika, and Eristin.

Since it was the last two episodes, I feel that spoilers aren't needed. I mean, it's the resolution of the plot, and everyone should watch it without knowing what's up ahead. I know that giving spoilers to an extremely cool ending is "like ub3r awesomesauce", because I like doing that myself, but isn't it more satisfying to share your thoughts with those who have seen it for themselves?
Holy crap! Did anyone see Miss Maria!? NO WAY!
I so want more of Mai-Otome... =( |

read at your own risks, those spoilers. Good thing I watched the raws and then highlight them.
If you don't want for your enjoyment to be spoiled, I suggest you don't enter this thread until you watch the episode (raw or subbed). You know, to prevent to having fighting yourself to highlight the spoilers.

Last episode WAS really full of surprises, the thing that Mai Otome should be 'infamous' for.  It was a good ending...Not exactly one of the best, but good nonetheless. I do see a few resemblances in some scenes to Gundam Seed Destiny, but the ending is NOWHERE near the crappiness of the latter, though.
Good show, definitely going onto my favorites list.
