Don't think so. the title "heartless wilhelmina" seems to point at a division more than a union caused by shana's old master. The show is pulling the strings for the ending drama.... |
And I can oppose it with the same tone you used as well. Who will Shana pick exactly? Will her feelings for Yuji precede that of the duty as a Flame Haze, or will she look on heartlessly as Yuji dies? I wonder...Is she really willing to let Yuji die like that? _________________ [IMG:350:100:b32e8a3e97]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a103/FAITH01/tomoyo1.png[/img:b32e8a3e97] |

The obvious answer is no. Cmon, if you've been watching for the past twenty or so weeks, you'll come to understand Shana's position and feelings. She's just more stubborn than Yoshida when it comes to expressing her feelings. Plus, you cannot have a love triangle when one of the people involved (and quite an important one at that) is dead.
I sense a battle between Wilhelmina and Shana in the making. =P

I think that Shana will probably not fight Wilhelmina for Yuji's life and rather Yuji talks his way out of Wilhelmina's attempted murder. He will then go to Shana and make her snap out of it. Even though her actions have the intention of a Flame Haze she's kinda more like acting like an evil mother in law.

Either way, Wilhelmina's actions are going to force her to make a decision anyway. I do think stubborness has a limit, whoever you are. _________________ [IMG:350:100:b32e8a3e97]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a103/FAITH01/tomoyo1.png[/img:b32e8a3e97] |

Episode 21 is long out, guys.
As expected, Yuji can't completely defend himself, so Shana steps in. I have to say: Poor, poor Shana, Kazumi and especially Yuji. The poor dude's been seen as being so calm about the fact he's dead and always somehow finding his way out of sticky situations that we realised he still cared about it after all, especially with the confession from Kazumi and the little conversation Shana and Alastor used with Wilhelmina to save Yuji. I don't think he was cold...He was just simply caring too much about the importance of his existence...And that was what is actually hurting Shana as well as Kazumi in an indirect way...
Anyway, I'm sorta seeing a trend...The Flame Hazes always seem to be the clueless side on what the Tomogara are doing...Any reason?
Next episode looks extremely promising, after that little cliffie at the end. 'Diverging feelings' indeed. Let's see what 'Flickering Flame' is about...Hope it doesn't go THAT way leading to some...death.

lol shana is the title of the series, she cant be removed from it. I'm interested to see what the tomogara are going to do with him. The girl that always is praying will probly save his life or something similar. She was looking for something and i think he's it. Anyway 22 should be pretty interesting. I'm hoping for a second season. If not the ending will probly be rushed a bit.

I disagree on the saving part, unfortunately.
Although we don't exactly know what she is praying for (all she said was praying for what she should seek), we do know that it would involve the Reiji Maigo and the usage of it. Coupled with Bel-Peol's talk about the pool of existence for Misaki City, I think (IMO) perhaps that Hecate and Balle Masque would probably use Yuji's Reiji Maigo in some way to gather the powers of existence from Misaki City for Hecate to achieve eternity.

Heck, no one knows...But I believe it would be safe to assume that all that she is doing and getting involved in can benefit the Balle Masque in some way, the 'organisation' in which she is a key figure. _________________ [IMG:350:100:b32e8a3e97]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a103/FAITH01/tomoyo1.png[/img:b32e8a3e97] |

This had bugged me from the entire series of Shakugan no shana. I want to know what is the translation or the meaning of "Nietono no Shana"(hope is the right spelling) and yes, I know is the name of the swrod that Shana is holding. Also there something that Wildhemma is bugging so much, why she say always at the end of every sentence "de arimesu"(hope is the right spelling)is there any meaning on it or is just like a saying, such as Naruto ones "nande dattebayo"(hope is the right spelling).
Please could someone clarufied it for me? =) _________________ Don't be shy, speak up!

Spelling errors aside...
Straight from Wikipedia.com
| Quote: |
| The name literaly means "Vairocana of the Offering Room." The original owner is a Mistess known as Tenmokuikko (literally: one eye of heaven), a monster so strong, he's known even to Guze as "the worst Mistess ever in history" |
As for Wilhelmina and her "de arimasu", it is similar to Naruto and his dattebayo, though less annoying. This could be attributed to the fact that Naruto himself is quite annoying these days but that's another story...
Build up on this current story arc is awesome. Looking for at least two wonderful battle episodes and a wrap episode to bring this lovely anime to an end. Looks like they'll end it just in time for AMG and School Rumble to start their respective sophomore seasons. Good times are ahead!
Episode 22 is out. Go download it now! =) |

It might seem that way, but the anime has deviated already from the novel from episode 18 or 19. Practically all signs point to a one season ending here, I'm afraid.
Well, depending on the popularity of the show as well as how the novel progresses (It's still ongoing...), we just might see a second season. _________________ [IMG:350:100:b32e8a3e97]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a103/FAITH01/tomoyo1.png[/img:b32e8a3e97] |
