EDIT: Hehe. Ep 19 should spice things up a lot.

Hiroki and Kiri alone together at a hotsprings resort (stranded when their train back to Tokyo left without them). Turns out the old lady running the place has a nasty habit of unwanted matchmaking on young couples, and our lead characters are her latest victims. Add to the fact that Kiri is a real scardy cat, and it's sparks all over. First Kiri's room has a traditional Japanese doll (the kind that's believed to come alive 100 years after it was made) which scares the hell out of her, hence when she goes to the hotsprings she demands Hiroki wait just outside within earshot (each time Hiroki tries to excuse himself like go to the bathroom Kiri loudly refuses to let him leave). And when it's time for shuteye, Kiri is awakened by what sounds like a girl crying, and she screams believing the place is haunted, waking Hiroki who offers to move the doll to his room. When he gets back Kiri is already asleep. He's about to leave when Kiri's friend Shie (whom Kiri was talking on the phone a few times that day) calls. Hiroki answers, and Shie gets it into his head that he's Kiri's most important person. After hanging up Hiroki tries to leave when Kiri, in her sleep, grabs his hand. They wake up together IN THE SAME FUTON next morning.

Ep 20 though looks like a crisis in the making: Yanagi's going for it to try and win Kiri's heart!

An entire page of spoiler text... y'know, not all episode descriptions need be spoilers. I'm of the opinion that only critical details need be fully concealed... after all, anybody that's that concerned about having a show spoiled for them probably shouldn't be reading a forum post about the show unless they're up to date with the show and have nothing to be spoiled

Is it me, or is this anime lagging? Where is the drama? only 6 more episodes and I still don't see who Hiroki is gonna chose...except that Kiri gil. But then again I don't think this anime was about drama.
oh well, it still was a fun show to watch =D

EDIT:
woops it seems I've only watched 15 episodes not 20 XD I have 19 eps here but forgot to watch them, wel forget what i said earlier XP

Sweet!!!!...I just finished watchin episode 20. It's getting interesting but when Hiroki should do for the next episode.

almost at the end of episode 20. Kiri ask Hiroki to go to the school roof. And Kiri does the same scenario as bask in High school, confess her feelings again to Hiroki. Thats when the episode ends. Now I wonder if Hiroki going to accept or reject her in the next episode XD

Finally finished the series.

The series has been gearing towards Hiroki falling for Elis ever since the hospital episode, and looks like it's the happy ending for Hiroki and Elis. Though it's too sad for Kiri... it was a good finale in my opinion.
I guess imouto type characters are always winning over mature type of characters. Just can't beat the moe factor in the industry that survives soley on otaku consumers.

Well I finshed it.. And I can't say I liked it.

Umm where was the romance with elis? The ending the painting ok I got it. But really... There was so much more build up with Kiri then Elis.. even from the past etc. I think way too much anime is going that way. I can't wait for it to swing back again.

Hey guys.....in anime reviews of canvas 2...it said that the series is 26 epsiode.

Is the Canvas 2 already done?

the was a good anime with a pretty nice plot and i really liked it. the ending was kinda predictable though, but it was in a good way for me cuz i was kinda hoping for that.
