Anime-source Synopsis & Reviews

Name: lamune
genre: Game - love/romance - comedy

synopsis- AniDB + AnimeNfo

* Based on a dating game by Neko Neko Soft.

Tomosaka Kenji, the main character of this story, moved to this coastal town when he was a child. At that time, the sea spread in front of him was shying like lamune (lemonade), reflecting the sunlight of the summer. There, he met a girl.

Her name was Kokonoe Nanami, who lived next door. Her room was only 1-2 meters away beyond the veranda. Their rooms were so closed as if they were within their arms’ reach.

As the time passed, the seasons came round, they memories has been accumulated with time. They think of their normal lives and common relationship as precious things.

The sun begins to shrine strongly, cicadas begin to buzz, and the sky clears up…Here comes the summer, again! For Kenji and Nanami, it is normal summer, but it has special meaning…

Opinion
Again this is another one of the Game converted into a show animes. This one though dosen't seem to focus on the ecchi side of things (from what i have seen). But there probally will be some ecchi in it like their allways is. From the synopsis and from people i have talked to about it though, I have come to the agreement that this will be a good anime. Also from the looks of it, it dosen't seem like a harem either. So far no one has picked up the anime, but a fansub group will take it eventually. But i personally will give the first few eps a go.

I saw a review about it(with screenshots) and it seems nice but there isn't any plot line since they both seem to be really close...i'll wait until 5 more episode to see how it really is and then give it a try.

That Nanami girl acts waaaaay too sugary even for my taste... It's cute, but it's kinda too much.
Haha that video game with aliens and a shogun was hilarious. It's funny seeing those mock video games people come up with in anime.

I'm glad this is being subbed finally, but for some reason I don't really like Ken's character. Sometimes he just seems a little too mean, but maybe it's just me. I actually kinda like Nanami's character. Heh, maybe it's just my tastes.

so far i like this anime, it's pretty decent and looks like it will have a good storyline to it

I've been meaning to pick this anime up but was uncertain whether or not I should. But from these reviews, this anime may actually seem decent. You can't base a good series on art alone... Who know... Maybe this series will end up being somewhat like the orginal To Heart series.

Well... another Harem anime I suppose ^^
Though I can say that Nanami might be my type but I'm looking forward for the other girls...

I start to like the series in a weird way... I don't really into the characters... (Ken reminds me of some 60's anime character) nor the story line... but rather... the scenary... and the settings.

The entire Island is simply beautiful, the building landscape and how Ken's home situated so near to Nanami's house even more interesting. I like vegetables and plants... to see harvesting scene and watering plant is really refreshing. Everything seems calm and smooth. I like the atmostphere in this anime, I hope it continues like that...
This anime might share some similarities with ARIA the ANIMATION in my opinion. I'm glad to find another anime which remedy the soul, something which you need after watching some horror anime like Blood++

I was relatively pleased with the animation and the begining episode. The scenery is lovely and it makes me wish for a vacation.

The pace is too slow for action lovers, that's for sure, but on the whole, the anime seems to give people a mellow feeling...Not too bad. The starting was a little weird, but there are other animes out there with weirder beginnings. On the whole, not a bad anime.

Ahaha... it is only 1st episode. I think Ken will eventually change... I don't have problem with his teasing attitude since I like to see the Troubled Nanami reaction at Ken's teasing.

Ahh~~ Now I remember!! Ken in this series looks and act alot like the hero in the anime Yumeria!! Yup... definitely alike!

I prefer this series town than Da Capo but if there is an option, I'll choose the City AQUA from the anime call ARIA the ANIMATION. ^^

Vacation huh? Maybe I need a Vacation... hmm...

Episode 2 seems interesting....

Nanami and Kenji seem to be starting to blush at the fact that everyone calls them the 'husband' and 'wife' Laughing

And Nanami is mad at Ken for talking about Sakura there. Jealousy? Probably Laughing
