hay kaitou_chikage16, you mean the PMs? (personal messages), there should ne a reply bottom when you recieve one, just use that, or if you wanna PM someone, just click on PM where their signature is.

straw there kaitou_chikage16. its not that hard, i learn from scratch as well. as sayoku already typed, just post any specific queries you have and somebody should answer them. as for rules, i guess there are two main ones:
be a kind fellow
and have fun while youre here! 
edit: rule Number #3 : dont be a sayoku and spam (look below)
