I kinda like how she deals with Kanaria. Cool and calculating, especially that slap on the face that somehow snapped Kanaria back to her former self And all because she makes a mess of the room. Plus she is now more "agreeable" and got a warmer hearts than in the earlier episode
Well looks like she doesn't want to play the Alice Game, but that Father might have a certain other idea of himself though...

Probably has something to do with Souseiseki maybe. Somehow I can't help but feel that the end of the Alice Game is going to be a tragedy... |

Hard to say at this point. The flashbacks and riddles from the rabbit may lead one to think that, but the first season ended with Jun walking freely outisde for no other reason than just to be out doors, which was a positive ending. We may get a mixed ending if some of the dolls need to be turned to junk again.
Besides Chachamaru and AnimeLito, ADTRW did ep.1 and Manhole have subbed the first two episodes. ADTRW is pretty good, but my favorite is the Manhole/Desu sub. These two are in widescreen format and the Manhole sub in particular seems to have the best visual quality. I like the translation as well. I haven't looked at the Entropy subs yet. _________________ [IMG:119:90:283352dc7f]http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e36/Tank252ca/HoiHoiSanPointing.gif[/img:283352dc7f]Tank252ca |

Well certainly all of it are pointing now to the tragic ending department...
A declaration of war coming from Souseiseki, or is it Suisuiseki? GAH!!! I can't get their name straight Anyway, a declaration of war from one half of the "Seki sista!!" truly turns this 180 degrees around now...
Now will Shinku fight? _________________ ... |

Easy way to tell the sisters apart is that Suiseiseki's name contain the word "Sui" which means water. She uses watering can, so associate that with her name suiseiseki. That's how I do it anyway. _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |

Hmm....I can't help but feel that somehow the rabbit and Barashuisho as well as the shop attendant are planning something...and it might seem as though they might use Suigintou and/or Souseiseki as pawns to start the Alice Game...I believe either way, Shinku will fight...but only to stop what might be called meaningless battles. |

It wouldn't be meaningless battles to them at least. Before they all gathered at Jun's house, their only reason for existance was to win the Alice game and become the perfect doll.
I for one think it'll have a happy ending, probably something done by Jun. _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |

Aww... This anime has such a small thread! Rozen Maiden deserves more than that. ;_;
Actually, I'm kind of glad that Souseiseki (the one w/shorter hair) is probably going to be the one that bites the dust first. She was so weak and easy to manipulate, so her turning wasn't exactly unfortellable. Still, she was so cool.

| At the end of Rozen Maiden, I kept thinking that Shinku and crew will turn into human. Well, they didn't. So in this continuation, I stilll think that they will:P |

That's an interesting twist...Suigintou still hasn't seen the error of her ways from before, doing what it takes to achieve her ends. From the preview, I think it is probably that
Hina Ichigo would be the next to go possibly.

Suigintou wanted to take all the rosa mystica so she will no longer be a "junk" in the first season.
This time, it's more than that, I think she wants to use the rosa mystica to cure that sick girl in hospital. _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |

It's just sorta funny...In the first season, Suigintou tried to use certain things as threats for the other dolls to hand over their Roza Mysticas, but now I believe she's being used by Barashuisho (and probably her medium) to start to Alice Game for the sake of her dying medium. |

Episode 12 the final
I always thought the ending of the first season was weak. It had a very unfinished feeling about it. Now we all know there were more to it than the first season since we have season 2.
That's why I expected more from the ending of Rozen Maiden Traumend. There was nothing final about it, we still don't see the dolls' creator Rozen, we still don't have a conclusion of real Alice game, and Souseiseki and HinaIchigo is without their rosa mystica.
I'm guessing this is some sort of indication of season 3? There better be season 3, or this anime is going under my list of bad anime endings. I was hoping they would come up with a decent conclusion but this is exactly like season 1's end.
Maybe this is because of manga's story line, but I didn't read the manga so can't say for sure.

There has to be a season 3... Just got to be
The battle between Shinku and Bara Suishio was the best in the two seasons though. It's exciting when Shinku used Hina Ichigo's vines, and Suigintou's wings, although it's just for awhile...

Episode 12 left me a little unsatisfied, what with so many unanswered questions...
-What did Father tell Jun?
-What was this other way to become Alice without the Alice Game?
-Why did Laplace's demon take Souseiseki's and Hina Ichigo's Rosa Mystica?
-What exactly is the new version of Barasuisho?
-How will Tomoe react after knowing that Hina Ichigo is still in 'stasis'?
-Will we EVER see Alice?
It was interesting to know, though, that the most shocking revelation was that
Enju was not Father and had tricked EVERYONE (Yes, including most of the viewers with his announced identity).
*Prays for a third season*. _________________ [IMG:350:100:b32e8a3e97]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a103/FAITH01/tomoyo1.png[/img:b32e8a3e97] |
